1. Free traveling facility to the students of the Government schools from 1st to 12th class, students of Kendriya-vidalya, HP University as well as central university in HRTC buses.
2. 25% discount to female passengers in HP area fare in ordinary buses jurisdiction with in state.
3. Providing of free traveling facility to handicapped person having disability 70% or more along with one attendant cancer/kidney patient also provided free traveling facility during route check-up as prescribe by the doctor with one attendant.
4. Providing free travel facility to police personnel/jail wardens in HRTC buses by introducing identity card.
5. Introduction of green card with in state, this card holder is entitled 30% concession in the HRTC buses radius 50 Kms.
6. Introduction of smart card in which card holder is entitled 10% as well as senior citizens 20% concession.
7. Introduction of Samman Card for senior citizen entitled 30% discount in the fare.
8. Concessional pass facility for college students, Govt. employees & private sector, 10 single fare, 30 single fare,(excluding Sunday)& 40 single fare (including Sunday) respectively.
9. Providing free traveling facility for women on the occasion of Bhai-Duj, Raksha-Bandhan as well as Bakrid especially for Muslim ladies etc.
