Kinnaur Kailash Registration -2024

The Kinnaur Kailash is a mountain in the Kinnaur district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Standing at a height of 6,050 meters, it is considered sacred by both Hindus and Buddhists. The Kinnaur Kailash Yatra will take place from 1st August 2024 to 26th August 2024, allowing only 350 pilgrims per day.

To obtain provisional approval, pilgrims must fill out the application form corresponding to the date they wish to begin the yatra. Click here for registration.

The online registration slots for 21 th to 25 th August will be opening on 20th August at 11:30 AM.

Click here to download the undertaking form for the Kinnaur Kailash Yatra. This form is mandatory for participating in the Yatra. You need to fill it out and submit it at the registration counter in Tangling.

The district administration will accept a maximum of 200 online registrations per day for the Kinnaur Kailash Yatra starting from 1st August 2024.

Yatris are required to carry a medical fitness certificate from any registered medical officer, valid for one week only. Click here for the medical fitness form.

Please note, the Yatra period coincides with the monsoon season and is therefore susceptible to flash floods, cloud bursts, torrential rains, and shooting stones followed by landslides. Consequently, the District Administration reserves the right to cancel the Yatra at any time in case of adverse weather conditions.
